What is Intracel?
Intracel is thermal micro-needling with radio frequency which tightens loose skin treating both face and body, intracell also helps with acne scaring, fine lines, wrinkles, creping, large pores etc. It firms and tightens leaving a noticeable difference even with only one treatment.
This treatment uses thermal Fractional RF micro-needles. It provides fractional damage to the dermis while sparing the epidermis, the skin looks fine and the damage is contained in the dermis. Most devices cannot deliver the amount of energy we are able to deliver, as the energy has to pass through the epidermis. However, Intracel uses thermal needles to deliver the energy where it needs to go for optimal results.
Most clients see a significant improvement in lines/wrinkles/ scars/pock marks/stretch marks and skin tightening and lifting – with just one treatment! However, depending on the desired result, one may require additional treatments.

Differing from laser treatments, Intracel does not rely on electro energy for heat; the insulated micro-needles only penetrate at 0.3mm and the radio frequency energy is emitted only in the dermis and not at a superficial level.

Treatments are specific to you, with one to three treatments normally being required. Our medical practitioner will advise you and provide a bespoke treatment plan.
We always recommend that Intracel is undertaken by a medical practitioner trained in the treatment. Anesthetic numbing cream is applied for about an hour before treatment. Once the ultra-fine needles are delivered into your skin, a radio frequency energy is released.
We recommend following a medically proven skincare regime and an SPF50 sunscreen minimum to avoid sun damage. We will explain everything in detail and make you feel at ease and relaxed on the day of your treatment, knowing you’re in safe, expert and medically qualified hands.
Intracel is safe and side effects are rare. Intracel treatment may not be suitable if you are pregnant, use anticoagulant drugs, have keloid constitution, skin infections, bleeding disorders, pacemaker or skin malignancy.
There is no downtime, so you can resume normal activities right away. It may take 1-3 days for your skin to fully recover.
Unlike lasers that burn the surface of the skin, Intracel injects radiofrequency heat energy into the deepest layers of using skin using superfine needles.
